The Monarch Joint Venture has partnered with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to host a series of webinars on monarch biology, monitoring, and conservation. The most recent webinar was entitled the Trials and Triumphs of Establishing Pollinator Habitat, and featured the real-world experiences of farmers establishing habitat adjacent to their working land. Presenters of the webinar included:
- Josh Divan, Pheasants Forever
- Peter Berthelsen, Bee and Butterfly Habitat Fund
- Jonathan Geurts, Keystone Policy Center
This installment was the second of two summer webinars for agricultural landowners and managers. The first, presented on May 28, focused more broadly on the economic and ecological case for enhancing habitat adjacent to working lands.
